We may receive transaction information from Paddle, including customer name and email, billing country or region, business name, tax/VAT identification, product or credit package purchased, currency, transaction amount, transaction identifier, payment status, refund status, chargeback or dispute status, and receipt or invoice references.
2.3 User Content
We collect and process content you submit to the Service, including prompts, creative instructions, images, videos, audio, voices, logos, brand assets, storyboards, characters, project files, model settings, generated outputs, generation history, and file metadata. User Content may include personal information about you or other individuals. You must not submit personal information about another person unless you have the rights, permissions, and consents required for the intended processing.
2.4 Technical and usage information
IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP address, login timestamps, session information, pages and features used, generation events, model and workflow selections, credit usage, referral source, error and performance logs, security events, fraud and abuse signals, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.
2.5 Communications and support
Information provided through support emails, bug reports, rights complaints, refund requests, account-deletion requests, and surveys.
3. How we use personal information
We use personal information to: create and administer accounts; authenticate users; provide and operate the Service; process User Content and generate and deliver requested outputs; maintain project history and credit balances; display estimated generation costs; provide customer support; diagnose errors and failed generations; send transaction and service communications; prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and policy violations; moderate content and investigate complaints; protect users, third parties, Paddle, and the Company; improve product performance, reliability, and usability; analyze feature usage and develop new features; comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations; enforce the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and send marketing communications where permitted and subject to opt-out rights.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies, we rely on one or more of the following: contract (processing necessary to provide the Service you request); legitimate interests (operating, securing, improving, and protecting the Service); legal obligation (law, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements); consent (where required, including certain cookies, marketing, or optional processing); and legal claims and vital interests (to protect rights, safety, and security).
5. AI processing and automated systems
User Content may be processed by artificial-intelligence systems to generate requested media. Depending on the selected feature, User Content (such as prompts, images, or audio) may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers (see Section 6). The Service may also use automated systems for fraud detection, security monitoring, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, and technical diagnostics.
The Service does not perform biometric identification. CliPMe.AI does not use your User Content to train its own AI models, and does not sell your User Content. Third-party AI providers process your content to return a generation result; their handling of submitted content is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
